EVIL GOODS Shipping Policy

At EVIL GOODS, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery.

Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions and carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or by clicking the tracking link in your email.

Shipping Destinations

EVIL GOODS currently ships within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your location, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated time frames, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather or carrier issues). We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit, but we will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

EVIL GOODS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, you can reach out to us at help@evilgoods.org and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, or the inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. If the customer no longer wants the package, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and only the product cost will be refunded (if applicable).

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@evilgoods.org. We will do our best to update your shipping information before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
